FAQ

What patients ask

Are GLP-1 medications right for me?

Eligibility is based on your health history, goals, and a licensed provider's clinical judgment. Nothing is prescribed unless a provider determines it's appropriate.

What's included?

Provider visit and review, prescribed medication when appropriate, dose titration, monthly check-ins, and discreet shipping, one monthly membership, no insurance required.

Which states can you serve?

We ship nationwide. We check your state at the start of the assessment and tell you your options up front.

How much does it cost?

Programs start at $99 a month and include your provider visit, your medication when it is prescribed, dose changes, and monthly check-ins. You see the exact price during your assessment, before you pay. No insurance is billed.

How fast will I get my medication?

Most people get a provider decision within 24 to 48 hours. If you are approved, your medication ships from a US-licensed pharmacy and usually arrives in 3 to 5 days.

What about side effects?

The most common side effects are stomach-related, like nausea. Your provider reviews the risks with you, starts you at a low dose, and adjusts as you go. Message your care team anytime something feels off. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved; ask your provider what to expect.

I am already on a GLP-1. Can I switch?

Often, yes. Tell us your current medication and dose in the assessment, and your provider will review whether you can continue at the same dose or adjust.

Can I cancel?

Yes. One message to the care team cancels it, and you can also do it from your patient portal once your account is set up. No long-term contract and no fees.
