How shipping works
Once a licensed provider prescribes your medication, it is filled and shipped by a US-licensed pharmacy. Most orders arrive within 3 to 5 business days of your prescription being approved. You will receive tracking information by email as soon as your order ships.
Cold-chain and handling
Some medications, including compounded GLP-1 injectables, are temperature-sensitive. The pharmacy packs these orders with insulated packaging and cold packs appropriate for transit time. When your order arrives, refrigerate it right away per the instructions included with your shipment. If a package sits in transit far longer than expected, or arrives warm with cold packs fully melted, contact us before use.
Delayed or damaged shipments
If your shipment is running later than expected, check your tracking link first. If it has not moved in more than 2 business days, or arrives damaged, opened, or otherwise compromised, contact our care team right away through Contact us with your order number. We will work with the pharmacy on a replacement. See our Refunds & Cancellation policy for how damaged or incorrect shipments are handled.
